the plot: The Green Goblin has returned and attacks Randy Robertson and Glory Grant. Spider-Man goes to inspect the damage and sees that the Green Goblin has also attacked the Daily Bugle. Checking on Normie Osborn, the grandson of the first Green Goblin and son of the deceased second, Spidey then rushes over to the Stacy household after a short nap, and is shocked to see the whole house up in flames. Spidey is barely able to rescue Paul Stacy from the blaze, all the while Norman Osborn, the first Green Goblin looks on. After a horrible nightmare, Spidey goes after Norman, but is knocked out, and unmasked as the Goblin himself!
