Amazing Spider-Man #422 synopsis

the plot: Now confidant and powerful, Electro is dispatched by the Rose to take care of the ninjas sent to New York, by the Rose's rival, the Black Tarantula. Meanwhile, on the other side of town, Robbie Robertson has problems at the Daily Bugle, and Peter problems with Neil, the student he's tutoring. Later the ninjas attack, and Electro heads out after them, as does Spidey and Meiko Yin, the ninja known as Dragonfly. It turns out the ninjas were sent to eliminate Robbie, but Electro does away with them, and gets his revenge on Spidey after their last, humbling encounter. After Spidey to beg for his life, Electro gleefully leaves, while Spidey tries to get to the bottom of this.
