the plot: In the distant future one of Spider-Man discarded webshooters is discovered, and researchers Zack and Lana try to piece together Spider-Man's history from it. Meanwhile, in the present, Peter and Mary Jane Parker try to enjoy a pleasent day at home, but Peter's shaken up by his recent troubles as Spider-Man. Peter suits up nonetheless to rescue a trapped child, while Zack and Lana talk about the Spider-cave, Spider-chopper and Spider-cycle, that Spider-Man must have had. But the future researchers realize that Spider-Man is a hero, and the world needs them, and those who believe in them.

(By the way, this is a great book written by Tom DeFalco with excellent art by Rafael Kayanan. I strongly recommend this.)
