the plot: Peter Parker continues to have bad dreams about his old enemy Judas Traveller, while Traveller's ally Chakra is being hunted down by her former teammates, the Host. After failing to eliminate Chakra, Mr. Nacht, the missions documenter for the Host, reports to Gaunt, another hired by the Host's mysterious employer, while the two meet with Scrier, who in turn meets with the criminal mastermind the Rose. In the company of Spider-Man, Chakra tries to find Traveller, and the two have to fend off the Host and a hoard of Scriers. Traveller is freed though, and despite the revelation that his powers are mutant in nature and only alter reality, Chakra's powers are far greater and she spirits the two of them away. Spider-Man and Peter Parker, who put on a Spidey mask to help out are left scratching their heads, while the Scrier responible for tracking down Chakra and Traveller is killed by Gaunt for his failure.
