the plot:
Billy Fender, a down on his luck private eye, has a feeling that his luck's about to change. After a quick meeting with Rita, a bartender with whom, Billy is romantically linked, Billy recounts the story of how his big score came about. While performing surveilence, Billy happened upon a rampage of the Rhinos, while Spider-Man was in hot pursuit of his longtime foe. It was then Billy realized that his goal would be to figure out, just who Spider-Man really is. A short time later, Billy got a job as a claims investigator, and now six years later his big day of pay-off has arrived. Billy's put together all the facts he knows about Spider-Man; where he usually enters the city from, his familiarity with the city, his dialect and the fact that the webbing compound seems to indicate that it was created by someone who knows their way around a photo-lab. After quitting his job at the claims office, Billy heads over to the Daily Bugle and then to J. Jonah Jameson's office, where he announces just who he knows Spider-Man to be...Why none other than J. Jonah Jameson himself.
