the plot: After all the grief endured in his life recently, Peter Parker takes a moment to reflect at his Uncle Ben's grave, in this, the premiere issue by the creative team of Paul Jenkins and Mark Buckingham. Looking back his younger days spent goofing around with Uncle Ben, to his traumatic origin, to even a recent foiled bank robbery, Peter still has trouble finding a reason to laugh and how he can continue being Spider-Man if he's lost his sense of humor. That is until a car drives by and splashes him with mud, and he can't help but laugh at the unluckiness of that.
