the plot: In the midst of the anti-mutant strike, Operation Zero Tolerance, Daily Bugle photographer Peter Parker tries to get a snap-shot of government worker Henry Gyrich, but has to stop the rampage of the future X-Man Marrow. And if that weren't enough the one-time foes have to team up to stop Gyrich's bodyguards, who've been transformed into Prime Sentinels. Also, J. Jonah Jameson recieves an offer from Bastion, the man behind Operation Zero Tolerance, and makes a startling decision. (This issue, by the way, features the best written J. Jonah Jameson in years.)
