Webspinners: Tales of Spider-Man #17 synopsis

the plot: Spider-Man, still wearing his black costume, has ventured into Symkaria with Silver Sable, the Sandman and the Wild Pack, to save the life of the Symkarian monarch and his young daughter. However, the Sinister Syndicate are about, and have convinced the native Symkarians that they're the heroes and Spidey and others are the intruding villains. Only with a few last minute saves, are the villains defeated, though the Beetle, who began to grow fond of his adulation, gets away, and the leader of the Syndicate, Dr. Octopus, is presumed dead in an explosion.
