Amazing Spider-Man #39 v.2 (February 2002)
Straczynski Romita jr. Hanna

Amazing #39 the plot: While Aunt May deals with the discovery that Peter is Spider-Man by cancelling her subscriptions to anti-Spidey newspapers, Mary Jane works as a model in Los Angeles, and finds herself thinking about Peter again, just as Peter in New York does the same for her.

And did I mention that this was a "silent" issue. That's right, no sounds. So to speak.

the review: I would have prefered some more action, but it was nice seeing Mary Jane getting some airtime. And I'm really enjoying the developments with Aunt May.

And aside from the fact that this book shipped two months later than the other 'Nuff Said books, it wasn't until I was half way through the issue that I even noticed there wasn't any diologue. Nice work there Mr. Straczynski.

Amazing Spider-Man #39 gets *** out of *****.
