Spider-Man The Movie soundtrack
(2002)

Spider-Man

the desription: Released just prior to the May 3rd release of Spider-Man the Movie, the CD soundtrack featured tracks from Chad Kroeger, Sum 41, Default, the Strokes, Macy Gray and Danny Elfman, the composer of Spider-Man's musical score. Also added was the original theme from Spidey's 1960's series, and an Aerosmith update of that song.

the review: This was a great soundtrack, with enough pop tracks to keep non-fans interested, and hard core fans interested due to the inclusion of two great Danny Elfman tracks, and the classic 60's theme. I enjoyed it, but found some of the tracks a bit jarring. Not all of the songs are for all tastes, but there's something for everyone on this album, and it more than makes up for it. *** out of *****.
