the plot: Believing Spider-Man to have parished in their last battle, Tombstone uses the webslingers "death" as a means to advance in the criminal underworld. However Spidey survived, and with the help of the Black Cat, he takes down Tombstone. Meanwhile Peter and Mary Jane decide to move closer to MJ's soap opera job, and in a back-up story, J. Jonah Jameson tries to find dignity in a world where he finds that the Daily Bugle has become a joke.
