the plot: While wondering what to do since Mary Jane rejected his marriage proposal, Peter Parker happens upon an abandoned town, and finds Captain America there. Cap tells Spidey goes away, but returns when it turns out Cap is looking for a kidnapped boy, held hostage by Electro. Cap and Spidey rescue the boy, but Electro tries charging his powers up, and appears to be lost in a subsequent explosion.
