the plot: Following the destruction of the original and current arms of Dr. Octopus, Leila Davis, the widow of the criminal the Ringer, reorganizes her Sinister Syndicate of Boomerang, Rhino and the Vulture to steal a nuclear atomic blaster. Fortunatly Spider-Man arrives and helps to stop the villains, who manage to fire off a stray shot, which accidently hits a homeless man. That man happens to be Vincent Stegron, and the blast reignites his dark side of Stegron, the Dinosaur Man.

Not a good time to be Spidey.
