the plot: Let out of prison after forming an allience with the Kingpin, the Beetle reorganizes the Sinister Syndicate, consisting of Hydro-Man, Speed Demon, Rhino an Boomerang, and they rob a bank to start things off. Spider-Man sees what's going on, and though the villains get away, Boomerang is captured by the police. The Syndicate ends up giving the money they get to the Kingpin reluctantly, since the Beetle never told them they'd have to give the money away, and Speed Demon puts the moves on Boomerang's lady friend Leila, the teams getaway driver.
