the plot: While Darkhawk comes to grips with the dissapearence of his engimatic father, and the new responsibilities thrust upon himself, his young brothers and his newly single mother, he also tracks down a major mob boss, and their mutual enemy the Hobgoblin. Hobgoblin, meanwhile, is being tailed by Spider-Man, and a fight breaks out between the group. Darkhawk, tired of having to deal with thugs like Hobby, decides to do the world a favor and off him, though Spidey stops him before he can. It's later revealed that Hobgoblin was after Darkhawk's amulet that grants him his armor, and that the boss, Bazin, lied to Hobgoblin by telling him it was a fake to get his own hands on it.
