The Spot
First appearance: Spectacular Spider-Man #98

Jonathon Ohn was a research scientist working for Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin, who was part of of Kingpin's staff to recreate the technology used to give the Black Cat her powers. When studying Cloak and his darkness based powers, Ohn tapped into a black hole that engulfed him and left him with mysterious darkforce powers. Deciding to test his powers before revealing them to the Kingpin, Ohn called himself the Spot and went after Spider-Man only to be defeated after a brief fight.

Ohn went into hiding for sometime, appearing much later, still wishing to get revenge on Spider-Man. The Spot allied himself with other Spidey sparring partners Grizzly, Gibbon and the Kangaroo, and called themselves the Spider-Man Revenge Squad (Better known as the Legion of Losers), but the group was quickly defeated, with Grizzy and Gibbon reforming and Spot and Kangaroo being sent to prison. Ohn is still in prison, his powers apparently neutralized to keep him there.

Powers and Abilities: Jonathon Ohn, the Spot, has a genius level intelligence and the ability to tap into mysterious darkforce powers that allow him to travel anywhere he chooses at any time.
