Titania
First appearance: Marvel Superheroes: Secret Wars #3

A young girl from Denver, Mary "Skeeter" MacPherson was taken by the Beyonder to his "Secret Wars" and was given super-powers by Dr. Doom in exchange for her servitude. Renamed Titania, she fought the She-Hulk and bested her in battle, but lost to Spider-Man and developed a deep psychological fear of him as a result. Following the "Secret Wars", Titania was sent back to Earth and met Carl "Crusher" Creel, the Absorbing Man, and the two began to date. Partnering up the duo ran into Spider-Man again, and Titania over came her fears of Spider-Man to save the Absorbing Man's life. Titania also fell into the company of the Masters of Evil and the Frightful Four, and in time Crusher proposed to Titania and the two were wed, vowing to renounce their criminal ways.

However soon after the greatest heroes of the Marvel Universe were seemingly lost in battle against Onslaught, Titania and the Absorbing Man returned to their criminal ways and went on to fight Daredevil and later Spider-Man, under heroic guises. Later, while it seemed Titania was in the company of the mercenary Deadpool (it was actually Deadpool's old flame Copycat impersonating her), the real Titania was in fact quite ill and dying, and it took the unlikely partnership of Thor and the Absorbing Man to save her. Titania, now recovered, and the Absorbing Man are currently at large.

Powers and Abilities: Titania has superhuman strength and powers, but is vulnerable to attacks and explosions.
