What is Reiki
What is Reiki Let's start out with an interpretation
of the word Reiki, which is Japanese. It is two japanese words Rei and KI.
Rei
meaning God or any name
that represents your higher power, ghost or subtle wisdom. Ki meaning non-physical energy that
animates all living things, life force energy. Reiki can be translated
to "A non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy guided
by a Higher Intelligence or Higher Power" or "Spiritually guided life
force energy".
Reiki energy is different from just life force energy (Ki, Chi, Ti), as
it is Spiritually guided or guided by a Higher Intelligence or Higher
Power and flows where it is needed creating the healing conditions
necessary. It can not be guided by an individual (the mind). Reiki
works on not one but all 3 levels of the individual, Physical
body/Emotional body/Spiritual body. Leading to a balance of healing.
Not just the relief of symptoms but the reaching to the source.
