Famous Last Words


Welcome to what is quite possibly my most average feature yet; a collection of "famous last words," both in general and for specific shows/games. Feel free to contribute your own suggestions, and since I'm not very picky (I can't afford to be) they'll most likely be posted.

General

"What could possibly go wrong?"

"What are the odds of that happening?"

"Well, one little look can't hurt."

"Trust me."

"Nothing can hurt me now!"

"That'll never happen."

"Oops." Also "Whoops," "Uh oh," "Darn," and other nastier swear words that have been left out.

"What harm ever came from opening a box?"

"Nothing can go wrong now."

"It could be worse." Especially deadly if followed by something along the lines of "How could it possibly get any worse?" Also "At least it can't get any worse."

"That's not good."

"That's not supposed to happen."

"Oh good, we're safe."

"There's no way he could have survived!"

"Oh good, we lost him."

To Lina: "Hey, that food looks good. Can I have some of that?"

Within earshot of Xelloss: "It's a secret!

"Awww, what a cute little kid. Hey, what's with he floating gold marbles?"

"Are you sure that a pink ribbon on your tail is a good fashion statement?"

"How big could a Dragon Slave be, anyway?"

"How angry could Lina be, anyway?"

"Did that get him?"

"How many Rezos can there possibly *be*?" (Lyn)

"Restuarant sign: All you can eat buffet!" (Lyn)

Star Trek

On Voyager: "I'm sure that wormhole leads home." (Colleen Mason)

Tuvok's voice: "Shield's at 20% and falling." (Colleen Mason)
