America baffles me again
Well as the days go by a warming comfort wraps around me while I reflect that we're ebbing closer to the final days of the Bush Administration. Mind you if he is re-elected I'm investing in a home outside of the U.S. and vice versa, if he loses(how shouldn't he?) I will streak across my front lawn in a very hippie like fashion.
But on to my point of this article, the candidates for the next group of idiots running our country... into the ground. Mind you I have an anti-patriotic tone but I am all for America... the people not the government. On the Republican side we have Bush, that's it. You may think well he's their shining guy so why would anyone run against him? That's not my point in detesting that party, my point is that by doing this they're stating that they support everything he stands for! Such as constructing more nuclear weapons, invading countries on a whim, increasing the debt by billions per year, reducing education levels in America that are already poor, giving themselves ridiculous tax cuts, giving their business interests or affiliations giant tax abatements, rejecting and in effect destroying anti-nuke treaties, maiming all hopes of peace in the Middle East that Clinton at least appeared to be kindling, robbing us of our rights through a BULLSHIT bill named the Patriot Act in some sick attempt to fool people too stupid to read it, attempting to rob working class people of overtime, pardoning companies that dump benzene into the environment, starting wars to make money for himself and his friends, being a war criminal, letting terrorist suspects flee the country, being a douchebag who enjoys guy on guy pornography, having sex with kittens, and other various activities which I find disgusting.
Now onto the Democrats which don't look to aspiring either...let's break these down pro and con style.
Joe Lieberman is the leading democrat but is a douchebag.. he's basically a republican, he's pro war, he's rich, he doesn't give a fuck about people. He also supports drilling in Alaska, so he's anti-environment. Check out the picture of the dipshit with his wife in the upper right corner, real family guy huh... DON'T VOTE FOR HIM!
Carol Moseley Braun is the first woman I can remember running for president. She addressed very few issues from what i've read. She is anti-war and a woman so maybe... but she barely touched on any important issues except healthcare. GO FIGURE FOR YOURSELF.
General Clark... dear god don't get me started! This jackass is in the military for god's sake he'll up defense spending, as if it's low!, then send us into another country. I didn't find any issues on his site except bullshit about wars trategy, I mean jesus. DON'T VOTE FOR THIS DOUCHEBAG!
Howard Dean is a mediocre candidate. I've read his issues and he just doesn't stand strong enough on anything which eeriely reminds me of the Gore-Bush similarities, mild since extreme isn't likable. But he seems dodgy on saying anything that means it'll get done so fuck him.
John Edwards seems like a decent guy, he's not as strong as I'd like but he definately SEEMS progressive thinking. I like his corporate accountability but once again I would like stronger enforcement. He did support Bush in going into Iraq and he is one of thoe anti-terrorist nuts. Overall I'd say no... just another democrat.
Ok I'm tired of going through the sucky ones here's my point... I think Kucinich rules he's pretty Green and Nader backs him.. I'm tired bye.
