Here is a little about our little world

We live in Toledo OH. A city nestled into the northwest quarter of the state along the Maumee River and near Lake Erie. There are some really nice things about Toledo but they are highly guarded secrets that only the Chamber of Commerce knows about. I guess that is how they keep attracting all the really lame national corporate chain retailers and restaurants here and scare away the nice unique things. Alas, it is not just Toledo suffering from this illness.

Toledo does offer some nice things... like a really cool and highly rated art museum The Toledo Museum of Art, the #1 zoo in the USA Toledo Zoological Park and plenty of restaurants (not all of them are good ones though).

We currently live in the Old West End. Nifty Victorian era homes line the shaded streets. It is a rather unique neighborhood. Was once the most posh place to live then became a ghetto. The hippies and gays cleaned the area up so now all the yuppies have moved in and have formed an 'association' to control people. You know yuppies, love to form associations so they can have power over others.

We currently have 2 dogs, an older male black Labrador retriever named Buddy and a female red-headed mutt who looks like a fox named Bosworth. Both are very loveable dogs and are getting better at their behavior. Bosworth is our child, she is spoiled rotten and is very pampered. Buddy is the stepchild - we took him in to give him a home out of sympathy. He's a big baby who doesn't realize how big of a baby he is. He lives up to his name and has become a very good companion for Bosworth and us.

Okie doke... that is where we live... now for the people who live there!
