Some have not really caught onto the concept behind the page titles used on this site. I am going to give credit to the sources here...and a brief explanation as to why the title was selected. Life in the Gladhouse by Modern English from the release "After the Snow". Selected because the theme of the song is a sarcastic tone with the line "life in the gladhouse is never dull" Boys Keep Swinging by David Bowie Tiger the Lion by The Tragically Hip from the release "Music@work" The song has a this great downbeat to it and this air to it that fits Joe's personality Baby Blue by Badfinger. A great love song that JC grew up listening to. If you ever get the chance to see his eyes up close you will be certain to figure out why this song is used for his bio page. Photograph by R.E.M. w/ Natalie Merchant from the release "Born to Choose" The title says it all... Lips Like Sugar by Echo and the Bunnymen from their 1984 self titled album. Another little twist JC put in. With his sarcastic wit and bitter words needed something to sweeten that page up. Snowman by XTC from "English Settlement" Although this song is about being treated poorly in a relationship, being exposed can make you feel like a snowman. The Man Who, the title of the 1999 release by Travis. Just like the title, the page is left hanging open. |
