Raven's home dimension was ruled by her father as an evil overlord so she knew where the Justice Lords were headed and she went underground after trying to warn the other Titans. Her warning was blocked by the Justice Lords. Once she re emerged the Justice Lords had taken over and now she works with the Rebels to over throw the evil dictators. She met and fell in love with Red Bird after joining the Rebels. The two of them fight for a world where they can have a normal life and raise a family of superheroes in peace.
