Sanity of a Madman

He's crazy in the eyes of most,
but that madman inside is a ghost.
He thinks too clearly to be insane,
his words and thoughts expressed in vain.
I see him and I hear him talk.
I stay, when most would take a walk.
I take in the words he has to say.
It shows me that I should stay today.
Am I the one who is really insane?
I don't know, but I hate the pain.
When I speak with him, a purpose I possess.
I see that I am not doomed to loneliness.
So don't forget to listen to one society trys to ban.
I think I'm right when I claim Sanity of a Madman.
