Bad news for everyone who was looking forward to see John in the new show 'Marriage is Marriage'. Imdb.com has taken the show out at John's page and completely erased it from its database. That doesn't necessarily mean that the show was canceld before it even premiered but that could happen in the worst case. Check back for more infromation as soon as they become available.
Soapcity.com announced that the SoapCity LIVE! convention with John and lots of other B&B and soap stars that was originally scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, February 2nd and 3rd, 2002 has been postponed to a later date in 2002. No reason why or new date were given, though. But you can sign up for the SoapCity LIVE! newsletter at www.soapcitylive.com or check this page for more news and the new date for the event as soon as they become available.
John will be part of the very first SoapCity Live! event in Pasadena, California at the Pasadena Center along with many other B&B and Soap stars. The event is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, February 2nd and 3rd, 2002. Specific days and times for appearances will be announced as the event draws closer. Attending fans will have the chance to get autographs and photos of their favorites and to watch a special Saturday Evening Fashion Show with the stars (names of participants for that event are yet to be announced). In recognition of B&B's 15th anniversary in March next year 5 actors from the show will appear on the popular game show Hollywood Squares . John will appear on Wednesday, March 27.
The other B&B actors are Winsor Harmon (Thorne) on Monday, March 25 ; Adrienne Frantz (Amber) on Tuesday, March 26; Darlene Conley (Sally) on Thursday, March 28; and Justin Torkildsen (Rick) on Friday, March 29.
Soapcity.com has a new feature about the wedding of B&B's Kristen & Tony. John plays Eric who strongly opposes the union between his daughter and her HIV positive boyfriend. John is on the current cover of Soap Opera Digest along with Ronn Moss and Joseph Mascolo. The magazine is on sale since November 13.
Imdb.com credits John n a new series called Marriage Is Marriage. The show is expected to premiere in late 2002. John will play the character William Andersen. Check back for more information as soon as they become available.
