/join #thenChannelname = Will join you into a particular channel.
/list = Will give you a list of all the channels on the BDSMnet or click on ROOMS at the top
/nick thenNick = Will change your nick to another nick.
/pass thenPassword = Will identify you after you have registered your nick.
/part #thenChannelname = Will allow you to part the channel then /join another.
/me then any text = Will show your statement as an action (i.e. *pandora smiles)
/msg nickserv register ThenAnyPassword ThenYouremail = Will register your nick.
/quit = Will disconnect you from the BDSMnet.

Helpful Tips:

At the top of the chat screen you will see a button that says: ROOMS
This button will give you a list of all the presently active channels.
It may cover your chat screen so you can't see the chat... That's OK,
just click on the word CHAT at the top of the screen, and it will take
you back to the chat area.

Double click on a nick to chat privately with them.
A button will appear at the bottom of your screen with their nick on it.
You can switch back and forth between chat and private message window
with those buttons on the bottom of the chat screen.

To join a channel, double click on that particular
channel in the list. As you join the channel, you will see a button
appear at the bottom of your screen with that channel name on it.
You can be in multiple channels at once. To chat in them, just click
on that particular channel button and chat, then switch to another
to check on it or chat.

To part a channel, just click on the button
of the channel you wish to part from, to make sure you are in that
particular channel and type the command /part.
