Your Guild's Continuity: The Kingdom of the Night, (KotN) is based off the novels written the Rah, the KotN welcomes all Furres to its dream(s), and offers a set of rules for IC Roleplay. Demons, Vampires, Angels, Mutants, Hunters are all incorporated into the KotN. 11. Style of play: Choose one: Roleplay using you own special rules. 12. Combat: Combat is done using our own special combat rules and online dice. 15. Backstory: The KotN is based on the novels by The Rah, the history is very elaborate… But, very interesting. For four thousands years, the Karavosian Empire ruled over the lands, imprisoning anyone Furre different from themselves, majority of these Furres were the ones who could use the Aura (Magic), or ones who though that the Unwanted (Name given to the Furres who were imprisoned) should roam free. For those for thousand years, the Unwanted were imprisoned in the Unwanted Lands, and were watched over Karavosian soldiers, and group called the Hunters, who’s only purpose was to find the Unwanted, and imprison them. But, shortly before the four thousandth year of rule came, a Demon was taken to the Unwanted Lands, a Demon named Lavos. Lavos was soft spoken, and influential, he quickly rallied the Unwanted. The Unwanted broke free from the Unwanted Lands, and took war to the Karavosian Empire. After bitter years of fighting, the Unwanted finally defeated the Karavosian Empire, and took the capital city of Baraeve. But, the Hunters still remained at large. And, after another thirteen years of bloodshed and horror, the Unwanted finally prevailed over the Hunters, beginning the new Era in the History of the Lands, “Age of the Unwanted”. But, the Age of the Unwanted” began without Lavos… For he met an untimely death on the final battlefield. The Unwanted constructed a Castle, and formed a Kingdom. And, came to call Raithen as leader. Who was charged with naming the Kingdom. Raithen chose the name, “Kingdom of the Night” after something Lavos had once said, “The Unwanted cannot be judged in the Night.” And, Lavos was right, “The Unwanted cannot be judged in the Kingdom of the Night.” For a more indepth history, which looks over the history of the Unwanted, go to the Archives. 16. Geography and Biome: The KotN is located next to a river, in the middle of the lands of the Unwanted, and goes through weather changes, which are stated in the entrytext of the dream, a bot also controls the weather of the Guild with triggers. 17. Magic Items: Within the Kingdom, a Furre is allowed to have ONE Unique item, which they arrive in the KotN with. Raithen holds the Shadow Dawn Sword, Oon Terkin and his Hammers, Gladsaxe and his Hammer, and Ember Rivers with his Cloak. Please, consult KotN Weapons for the information on these weapons. 18. Factions: KotN is a Guild designed to give Furres seeking RP Storylines, the BEST around. It has been in the planning for four months, and can almost assure you, that a storyline, faction, event in our Guild will catch your eye. Hunters: The direct enemy of the KotN, they hunt all Unwanted Bashuira Noble: High ranking Nobles of the Bashuira Empire. Royal Guard: A group of trained Furres, kept with keeping watch on the upper class in KotN. Security: The group looking after most criminal affairs in the kingdom. Plot Assumptions: Things we live around today, that people name their characters after, like DBZ (Dragon Ball Z), or Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing, etc, do NOT exist here. You cannot bring a Mech here. Or, be a Sailor Scout. 22. OOC Areas: The KotN has 1 major OOC area, the rock formation outside the doors of the Castle, but, also, OOC is allowed in the town before the castle, but OOC talk in the castle… Isn’t a good idea. 23.
