Council

The KotN Council is the IC Power in KotN (Kingdom of the Night) They hold power in every KotN Dream. The Council is made up of Furres appointed by the King, and Furres already in the Council. The Council represents the Kingdom. The Council has a meeting chamber in the Meeting hall. They discuss all IC problems, but if they are not a Taneest, they DO NOT hold any OOC power.
