The two best known shows from Germany are the Hamburg show, which recently closed, and the Stuttgart show, which recently opened. Actually, it was less that the show closed and more like it just relocated. Like the Broadway show, the German Jellicles have very stylized makeup. In most respects, like music and costuming, it is very much like other non-London shows. I personally think that this production has some of the cutest kittens. Aren't Rumpelteazer and Sillabub just adorable up there on the banner? It is one of the more popular shows for fans to listen to. A little bit of trivia for people into that sort of thing, John Partridge, the Rum Tum Tugger many people know from the CATS Video, has also played Munkustrap on the Hamburg stage. Kinda weird when you think about it, huh?
