Required : broken plate helm

start from escher square
take the plate helm and
go:
 left
up ( the armor and weapon shop )
up

at the coliseum go :
up

up
up
Give the helm to that guy

he will give you Argon's Medal.
Now we have to go get the ALENA password.

Go out the way you came back to the stairs of the coliseum

the walk :

This is the first Water Cave.

We are looking for the Library
Go:
up
right

right
IN!

as soon as you enter the room he will give you the Alena password (type +password list to see it if you missed it)     

Now Go back to Escher Square, we will start there again.

 Head east and at the fork in the road go south ...
follow the path  until you see the burning barrels.

go right
down and at the challenge arena.

Type Challenge in local chat. In the arena you will fall into a room.

Give the NPC agrons Medal. He will give you an Emerald Key.
Go back up to the flaming barrels, and following the path,  head north.

Go right, to the dwarf cave.
In the dwarf cave go :

Left
Left
IN the cave
go up pass the dwarfs in to this water cave,

 Enter the Alena Password.

Follow up to the Green Door and USE the emerald key. Now you have the Jessa password. ( the password to reet)

Go back to the gate and make your way to reet.
