"To the Pharaoh of Meijing:

"Over the past few days, the Buenos Altan people have been anxiously searching newspaper articles regarding the surprise invasion of Vaticon City. The fact that a neighbouring power is showing expansionist urges by invading its own neighbours and the fact that Vaticon City was an ally of Meijing is very unsettling. We, the people of Buenos Altos, are concerned about our own security since we are another power bordering Meijing. The only security guarantee we have is our alliance with Meijing in the Platinum Nexus, however it is obvious that the Pharoh of Meijing does not hold this alliance in very high regard. Consequently, we are unsure as to if Meijing is a friendly or hostile power. We wish to believe that Meijing is a friendly and benevolent one, and we hope to receive a gesture of friendship from Meijing to allay our fears.
