Buenos Altos Address
To the Pharaoh of Meijing:
"It is difficult not to worry since you have invaded a neighbouring friendly power. As well, the fact that your guarantee our security is based on our domestic policy is an insult to our sovereignty. We should be able to spend money on genetic research (and on haggis if the head of state were mad) if we so wish and not have to fear a Meijingnese attack because of our “unproductivity”. In fact, if we wish to be unproductive, why can we not? I believe that one of Congressional Parliament’s fundamental beliefs is the belief of self-determination. Should we not have that right to do whatever we want in our own country? Pharaoh, we have yet to see any valid guarantee of our security and that is very unsettling, because if opens up the prospect for war."
