Currently there are 1,879,811 refugees in CP's lawn. Something needs to be done with these people. CP proposes the following:

That CP should be granted land in terra pennatus where it can build a refugee camp. The city built would be international territory, and all structures built will have to be approved by a congress. Funds for building the town would come from the World Bank. However, the city would be exempt from needing amenapoints to build residential skyscrapers. The only people allowed to live there are the refugees and aid workers.

11. A Senior High School
12. Two police stations
13. A fire station
14. A CP aid supplies warehouse
15. A large park, with fountains, tables, soccer fields, basketball courts, hiking trails
