In the last couple days, the situation at Dickens Peninsula had been most hectic. What appeared to be the idiocy of Aladdin and his Republic as a whole, caused severe damage to government structures of Dickens Peninsula, and caused the lives of over 15,000 citizens. Always a Congressional Parliament member with poor standing, El-Hussaq launched a full-scale attack on a fellow Phoenix Confederacy by mobilizing approximately 9,000 (its entire armed forces) against the helpless citizens of Dickens Peninsula. This aggressive action was said to be spurred by the money (99,250K) lent to Kamograd from Dickens Peninsula. El-Hussaq's most revered Treasurer (it was revealed that he had received the least amount of kick-backs within the past month) mistakenly thought that the money was lent to El-Hussaq in their effort to promote "awareness about the evils of Marcusburg" by building several military bases.

Not allowing the Council and the Universalistic Dictator to acknowledge Aladdin's mistake, the El-Hussaq conscripts (which ironically accounts for almost 80% of its citizens) attacked Dickens Peninsula around midnight. Women and children were not spared as the conscripts slashed away with their hatchets and pitchforks. Even though Dickens Peninsula did not have a military of its own, the undaunted citizens valiantly tried to defend themselves by throwing textbooks and jabbing the conscripts in the eye with sharp pencils. As the conscripts bombed, and killed more citizens then the entire population of El-Hussaq, they switched their target to expensive structures situated around the area of their occupancy. This disturbed a Council meeting that was held in the Parliament Building. Seeing the destruction that the conscripts had caused, the Universalistic Dictator selflessly stood in front of a highly armoured tank and dared it to attack him. As if blinded by the glory of the light, and facing the fire of righteousness burning in the Universalistic Dictator's eyes- the conscripts seemed to be struck with a divine epiphany, and they all withdrew from Dickens Peninsula causing no further damage.

The Universalistic Dictator immediately notified Congressional Parliament of El-Hussaq's evil doings. Samchorage, a Great Power offered to be a protectorate for Dickens Peninsula for the time being. The Universalistic Dictator stated earlier that: "Since Dickens Peninsula is a peaceful country, we will not retaliate against the wrongdoings of El-Hussaq. We will not give judgment for that is not the authority of the mortal, but of the Lord. They might try to crush our hopes, destroy our possessions, or steal our fruit; but there is something in our souls that they can never possess. We will not allow them to succeed in taking or corrupting that essence, because we will not lose faith in our dreams, or let them hang clouds over our heads. No matter what, we will keep our faith, and the Lord will guide us."
