"When Rattanjeetland enlisted all of the countries in the Phoenix Confederacy as its protectorates - and then forcefully took their land, two were left out - the many unstructured, radical guerilla factions of the El-Hussaq, and Dickens Peninsula. The [Ethnarch] was presumed to withhold his mandatory [enrollment] of El-Hussaq due to its economical, and political instabilities... but why did the Great Power of Rattanjeetland "spare" the land of the stable and economically thriving Dickens Peninsula? The "Dickenson Empire" had no advance army to defend itself... the BIG question... "Why?" was asked by many heads of states on the Mapp.

"A student of philosophy once said, "who knows what thoughts lie in the hearts of men... those that they felt need to be shared, those that need to be shared but are not, and those that they dare not speak." No one knows the limitations of Rattanjeetland's powers except the [Ethnarch]; yet in contrast, the [Ethnarch] knew its limitations against the Dickenson Empire. Where the [Ethnarch] had men, Dickenson Empire's Citizens had heart. Where the [Ethnarch] had geological advantage, the Citizens had intellect. And where the [Ethnarch] had military power, the Dickenson Empire had faith - faith that the Lord will guide them through all bends along the road and pick them up where they fell.

"And with this "faith," a portion of the Universalistic Dictator's statement was recorded earlier today: As advised from the Council, the country of Dickens Peninsula formally rescinds its protectorate status from Rattanjeetland. Although the economical, and political situation on the Mapp is in turmoil; we did not enlist in the protection of the [Ethnarch] - and we thank them for their consideration however. We are a peaceful country and do not need the social binds of having a "protector." The only "protector" that we need is the power and grace that has been shown to us by our Lord throughout time; and we pray that he continues to protect us by ridding the demons that clouds our judgement.
