"In a plea to the Great Powers and all nations of the MAPP I issue this
statement.
"Wingtucky is a nation in civil unrest. There are hundreds and thousands of refugees fleeing the country because their leader is so apathetic to the nation. The President speaks of protecting the world's interest. Is it not the world's interest to see everybody prosper. Have the people of Wingtuck seen prosperity lately? Clearly, Wingtuckians have not and are fleeing the country. When was the last time anything was built in Wingtucky? It is clear that it is in the best interest of Wingtucky to have a new and caring leader. The people of Wingtucky have spoken and the leader they want is Giangibouti; 94.2 pecent of all Wingtuckians agree to Giangibouti leading Wingtucky.
"Rattanjeetland speaks of Giangibouti trying to cheat the system. How
else is a new nation like Giangibouti suppose to gain control of nations in
civil unrest. Simply ask CP? An new nation like Giangibouti would never
garner the respect of Rattanjeetland to simply be given control of another
nation. Instead, Giangibouti had to try and devise a plan to try and help other nations, while also helping Giangibouti grow. Has any other nation,
including the Great Powers, tried to step up to the plate and aid the nations in civil unrest and also the desperate refugees?
What has the President done with all the refugees? Firstly, he tried to
have all refugee enter Nathartica, a Rattanjeetland controlled nation, without asking the refugees where they wanted to go. How is that in the best interest of the world, or more importantly, the refugees? Secondly, he ORDERED New Dickens refugees back into New Dickens completely disregarding the wishes of the New Dickens people. It seems clear that Rattanjeetland has only his own interests in mind and not that of the world.
"Giangibouti admits to trying to gain power in nations 'through the back
door.' However even when doing so, most nations have not responded. Nations who have responded, Giangibouti has left peacefully. Other nations were totally apathetic to the situation. Have they tried to contact Giangibouti? No. Did they ask for CP assistance? No. Did they ask for Defencecorp to enter their nation? No. Is this a sign that the leaders of these nation do not care about their people anymore? Perhaps. This is where Giangibouti is trying to step in. Giangibouti is offering leadership to these nations. Despite being a new leader of a nation on the MAPP, a vast majority (94.2%) of Wingtuckians agree to have this "rookie" leader lead their nation. Smartafordians have not accepted this invitation from Giangibouti to lead their nation and I accept their decision. Caseyblanca seems 50/50 on the decision and Giangibouti will not subject 50% of the people to a leader they do not want. Thus, Giangibouti is now withdrawing all military from Smartaford and Caseyblanca. However, this wishes of Wingtuckians is overwhelmingly in favor of Giangibouti rule that I cannot disregard the people's wishes. Giangibouti will continue to occupy Wingtucky while awaiting CP's decision.
"The President has been acting on behalf of the Great Powers quite frequently, however, in this situation, I ask that all Great Powers, and perhaps all nations on the MAPP, have a voice in this matter. The President speaks of wanting what is best for the world. Perhaps the President's vision for what is best is distorted. I ask that all nations decide what is best for the world. The freedom of choice is at stake for Wingtuckians, but also the freedom of choice for all MAPP people in the future."
