Building by amenipoints - It takes 0.40 amenipoints to build a highrise or five-star hotel, 0.80 amenipoints to build a residential or commercial skyscraper, and 1.20 amenipoints to build a mixed skyscraper. Amenipoints are derived from your country's level of development and the strength of its economy (determined by how well your multinational corporations are performing). Amenipoints are generated monthly and are carried over.

The landless discount - If you've run out of land, the number of amenipoints you need is 25% of the numbers listed above, but it will cost you twice as much to build the structure if you choose to build it with 25% the number of amenipoints.

Forcing a tall structure - If your country's rich but you don't have enough amenipoints, you can build a tall structure anytime at 10 times the price, or you can build a tall structure at 50% of the amenipoint values listed for 4 times the price.
