After you've decided which trading arrangement you'd like, contact your prospective trading partner by looking up their email address in the Rolodex and asking them if they'd like to trade with you.
In order for a trade link to become active, the Administrator must receive notification (usually in the form of email) from you that you would like to trade with them. But more importantly, independent notification must be received from your prospective trading partner that they would also like to trade with you.
FREE TRADE PACT: All your multinationals can open branches in another country and all their MNCs are active in your country. This is the most common and easily implemented trading link.

SELECTIVE TRADING AGREEMENT: A select number of your multinationals can open branches in another country and a select number of theirs can open in your country.
