Going to war soon? Mobilization gives you a 90% bonus of obtaining the first war turn. Mobilization is effective for up to one week whereafter you have to wait one day before you can mobilize again. The process of mobilization itself is immediate. You can cancel a mobilization state at any time. If you are mobilized and your opponent is mobilized, the bonuses cancel each other out. Mobilizing your armed forces is free.
