"[In El-Hussaq on the 8th of Februrary], "Lion Heart" Aladdin [officially] became [the] president of El-Hussaq after he swore the constitutional right on [inauguration] day. The new president apologized for what he called "mistakes of the past". He also promised that the state of El-Hussaq will become a [peaceful] nation with "a more responsible role [on] the Mapp and a just [contributor] to the future of the Mapp". He also released top secret documents that showed that the attack on Lindsholm was [based] on "misleading information from the spy agency".

"[As a result], I, [Aladdin], have therefore ordered a complete [investigation] [into] the matter". He also went [onto] confirm the strong ties [within] the confederacy and the special ties that link El-Hussaq to all the members of the Confederacy. He also offered that El-Hussaq host the new convention that has been suggested by the president of Marcusburg, as a sign of good faith towards the peoples of the Mapp.

The new [president] went on to describe the future of El-Hussaq as "an economically [prosperous] nation with a strong army capable of defending itself against any attack". President Aladdin also announced a No First Strike Policy by his nation and the intention of building a "StarWars" system capable of protecting the nation against any attack. He went on to voice his concerns of already existing plans to split up El-Hussaq and thus said that the loyal citizens of his nation are capable of defending their country.

The President left the stage to a standing ovation.
