"People of El-Hussaq and the great people of the Mapp, greetings. I have received, like all of you, with some concern the recent events on the Mapp. However it is my belief that the people of New Weimar will be better off under the leadership of Samchorage. I am certain that the Weimaran people will have no problems in joining their Samchoragean brothers, for my experiences with the great nation of Samchorage has proved to me the generosity of this nation and its people. As for the incident with the Samchoragean army, I see no need to comment on it , Samchorage is an ally of the past and the present and the future and is welcomed to use the El-Hussaqi land, air, and water at any time just like all Phoenix Confederacy memebers. Some people will notice that I did not say EX-Confederacy members, that is because I believe the spirit of the Phoenix still lives in all its members. I would like to make use of this opportunity to ask the people of the Mapp to reunify us with our brothers in what is now known as West El Hussaq. I also would like to call on the major powers: Marcusburg, Lindsholm, Gorditas, Rattanjeetland, Miketon, and Samchorage for a round of negotiations or a confrence in El-Hussaq to discuss issues of importance to the people of our countries and the Mapp. Also I greet the people of Rattanjeetland, and the Ethnarch, and reiterate the special ties that link our peoples together.
