EAST EL-HUSSAQ PRESS RELEASE
January 15, 2003
"The fate of a country's people should only be decided by the people of the country especially when it comes to matters such as reunification. We the people of El Hussaq refuse that the will of strangers, who were not friendly to us in the first place and who carved our land into two states, be imposed upon us. We are absolutely in shock and alarmed by the surprising decision of the vote in the last congress regarding our nation. When El Hussaq was split up we were assured that this was a temproray arrangment. So much time has passed since then we believe we have the right to reunite the West and the East of El Hussaq. We are enraged by the current situation. We ask the countries of influence on the mapp to allow the reunification to go through because such a move would help bring lasting stability to the mapp. We don't have intentions for any military action at the moment . We ask for a referndum that is both scientific and accurate on the reunification matter (not just a randometer shot) to be conducted for both peoples.
