"In the past El Hussaq has committed acts of aggression, which we regret, and the world has been quick to punish El Hussaq. Today C.P. and the international community are asked to prove their sincerity in dealing with aggressors all over the mapp, no matter who, where or what the circumstances. C.P is faced with its biggest challenge yet. Aggressors cannot be appeased as has been proven by history. Thus El Hussaq provides the following proposal:

"1. All aggressor countries such as Miketon and Paulidelphia are given till noon of March 8 th to withdraw from Shannli.
2. Failure to do so will result in an imediate military action from a coalition of willing countries.
3. This military action should be aimed at freeing Shannli and not occupying Miketon or Paulidelphia.
4.Should the occupying countries, Miketon and Pauldilephia, use any special weapons to against the international community forces, the coalition forces have the right to attack any targets inside these countries.
5. After the war C.P., through a voting process, has the right to determine any follow up steps such as economic embargo etc..
