"After long talks held in El Hussaq the president of this country gave orders to disassemble the disputed military base and instead change it to a place of residence for regular citizens. Al Mamoun also announced that the talks with the former Nexus nations regarding reunification are still at a dead end. On another hand the supreme court in El Hussaq declared that the country does not have to abide by the [Riksholm] treaty anymore since the Nexus countries didn't abide by it and occupied what is now known as West El Hussaq and refused to leave it.

"A treaty burning celebration has been called for by the president of El Hussaq where it is expected that ordinary citizens will take part in burning thousands of copies of the Rishkolm treaty. Also Al Mamoun attacked C.P for their biased and ineffective opinion and asked that the Secretary General work on reunifying El Hussaq."
