"In his speech in the presence of the Phoenix Confederate leaders; and after being reinstated to this organization; Pres[i]dent EL CID ad[d]ressed many issues of importance to the Con[f]ederacy.

With respect to the treaty he signed with the Platinum Nexus he commented[,] "...it is harsh on the people of EL HUSSAQ yet we consider it fair for we have commit[t]ed our share of mistakes and a price has to be paid... I hope the gurantees we exchanged with our Platinum Nexus brings peace and prosperity to all.."[.] [H]e went on to prop[o]se a couple of projects within the Confederacy:

1. Rally behind Jollywood in its quest for an MHL team.
2. Finance a shared super base among the Confederate countries.
3. Launch the Confederate army.

The President left the stage to applause[.]"
