El-Hussaq Press Release

In response to the latest events on the Mapp, the [President] of East El-Hussaq issued an adress to his nation: "Fellow citizens of this [great] nation, by now I think all of you know about the [congressional] release that was issued by the [Secretary] General. Though we might differ with the [Secretary] General[,] we respect his judgement and will thus abide by it as would any peaceful nation. However we are taking a major step in a positive direction. El-Hussaq is grateful to Rattanjeetland for its support in the past, however it is no longer in our interest to be anyone's protectrate. Thus,as of now, El-Hussaq is completely [independent] and no longer a Rattanjeetland protectrate.
