Congressional Parliament revokes the right of veto from individual members of the Great Powers Forum. The Great Powers Forum may only collectively exercise a veto upon consensus of all of its members.
Congressional Parliament reassigns the GX mandate of the Free Republic of El-Hussaq (FREEH) to the El-Hussaq Republic, reassigns the GX mandate of Buenos Altoes to the Hanseatic League, voids all future application and force of the Riksholm Treaty, and requires all member states to sign a treaty banning weapons of mass destruction under penalty of severe sanction. Upon ratification of the ban, all weapons of mass destruction must be disclosed and full disarmament must occur within two weeks.
Congressional Parliament nominates Miketon, Pauladelphia, and the Hanseatic League for Great Power status; this matter to be decided by a majority vote on a yes/no question in the next forum.
Congressional Parliament requires that the next forum be held in Marcusburg no later than June 14, 2002, and that the articles of the Jared Bill be voted on individually at that congress. Furthermore, all members of the Mapp must vote in this Congress. [The Secretary-General of Congressional Parliament] is charged with the responsibility of contacting and soliciting the votes of each member and compiling and reporting the results via the web site no later than June 21, 2002. Any members who are not contacted and who do not vote by 11:59 p.m., June 20, 2002, will have their CP membership suspended.
