THE LINDSHOLM DOCTRINE
May 13, 2002

With the dissolving of the Platinum Nexus, there was a rush of lesser powers that set off on their own – an event that the Republic of Lindsholm wished not to see. As well, because most other powers on the Mapp were not interested in following the proposed Siggary Conference, the Riksholm decided that some method designed to protect the smaller powers was required – and proposed the so-called ‘Lindsholm Doctrine’. Delayed as it is, as the Riksholm has many important matters to balance, the Doctrine shall finally be enacted.

This document may be superseded by any alliances already formed.

1.) Lindsholm reserves the right to protect former Platinum Nexus nations from attack. This protection should preferably be requested, but may be offered and acted upon by express right of the Supreme Viceroy independent of request.

2.) Lindsholm reserves the right to protect its political, economical and military interest upon foreign soil.

This doctrine shall be the standard to which Lindsholm determines its foreign policy.
