After our officials met with the Princess of Shannli and her cabinet, we have reached a consensus as to the resolution of the Phecal Matter currently plaguing her nation and its denizens.
We suggest a compromise in that the Miketon Corporation and the Republic of Pauldelphia retain the right to partition and annex existing Shannli into their respective countries. However, the nation of Shannli shall be relocated to Terra Occidentale where it shall receive nascent economic privileges.
Miketon and Pauldelphia shall be forced to transfer as many strucpoints and money as needed to rebuild a new Shannli in Terra Occidentale to the exact standard as that of the former Shannli. This total, from Congressional Parliament estimates, is around 50 strucpoints and A215,000K (215 million altos). Furthermore, Miketon and Pauldelphia shall sign a non-aggression pact with a relocated Shannli.
