"The Pharoh of Meijing would like to bring it to the attention of all nations that The Dope failed to participate in Mapp affairs or care for his nation's citizens. He did not develop his land, nor did he take any interest in his citizens. In fact up until Meijing saved his country from certain ennui, the Dope was unaware that he was even a part of the Mapp! For the future advancement of the all nations of the Mapp, Meijing decided to develop the ignored Vaticonian land and stimluate the economy. Wen the Dope decides he can be a responsible and proactive leader, wen he decides he is mature enough to govern his nation, and wen he realizes that Meijing only took over Vaticon City to govern his nation as he was so clearly unable to do, then Meijing will gladly reinstate him. However, in order to prove that he is willing to accept the responsibility of governing a nation, Meijing demands that the Dope go through a twelve step program, designed especially my the Meijingese, to prepare him for this responsibility. If he refuses to do so, Meijing will not relinquish his land to him, all Meijingese will shun him, the Meijingese will not give him any cande or soup, and he will be forced to live a long and boring life all alone, like a tree. Meijing encourages all nations to support Meijing and to join her in the fight against ignorance, immaturity, irresponsibility, and disregard."
